so today I wanted to talk about this the Philips wakeup light check this out what's up boys and girls my name is van Jeff I hope you having a smashing day and today and only today I want to talk about this the Philips wakeup light now as a minimalist you know I tried to live a life where I don't have a lot of stuff but I've actually had this for two years and I just simply love it it's especially good here in Sweden because in like autumn and winter we have like I don't know like me like six or seven hours of daylight it's it's crazy so most of the day it's like really dark and you have to like eat a lot of vitamin D and stuff like that just to you know feel kind of good about yourself like I'm not kidding like you can get really depressed here in Sweden during winter time because of you know there's so much darkness going on here and you'll see me when you know come November December y
