if your fans not working on your older Polaris here's a one thing that you can try you're gonna want to get your hood off normally you don't have all this racking and stuff off but I do because I'm doing other work so I pulled off the hood and right in here this is your the harness that goes to the fan motor and then these wires go to the fan switch this connector here so if you've noticed your machine overheating or whatever the fan just won't pick on the quickest easiest test and make sure the fan can function you pull this connector off make a jumper wire with two male blade connectors pretty easy and you plug it into this connection here and then turn on the key so the fan works so we know that the fan works and it sounds nice and strong the battery is fully charged so we know the fans good this is essentially a switch bypass and I actually recommend keeping one of these in your too
