Concept behind the Brand
The word “RAS” (pronounced ‘ruh-us’) encapsulates many meanings in the ancient Sanskrit language, the most prominent of these being ‘essence’ and ‘happiness’.
Our Founders:Deeply inspired by her mother's botanicals-based skincare regime, Shubhika started including them in her own rituals, The fact that they were all natural, with ingredients she trusted -as opposed to the products on the market that have harmful and toxic ingredients lurking in them -reinforced her belief in them even more.Combining years of research in her DSIR approved research lab with knowledge in growing and exporting aromatic and botanicals for decades, RAS Luxury Oils was born.
Our Heritage:Our heritage dates back a century, to a flourishing family business of oil trade in central India. After excelling in the art of extracting oils, and from the desire to build an eco-friendly business, our first essential oil extraction plant was set up in 2012. Along with over 250 acres of beautiful farmlands in Chattisgarh, the cornerstone for RAS Luxury Oils was laid.
