General Instructions:

1. after you discover the wires you will need to transfer them threw the plastic peace. in order to do that i recomend transfer the inside wires one by one, starting with the lower ones (the whites), then the upper ones (the colored).

2. Once its all went through, you will shake the wires making them straight as possible in order to easily slide the plastic peace with ease.

3. Look again that the wire are aligned, than cutting them in a straight line, make sure they are aligned again, then pass them through the holes.
With a bit of practice it will be very fast and easy.
