The VideoMicro incorporates a high-quality cardioid condenser microphone capsule for great quality audio recordings when used with a wide range of cameras. The VideoMicro reduces distracting peripheral sounds and focuses on the audio in front of the camera. Its pickup is more forgiving than other on-camera microphones, providing a more natural sound when recording indoors. The microphone body is made from aluminum, giving it a high level of RF rejection, and is finished in RODE's high-grade ceramic anti-glare black coating. Included with the VideoMicro is a camera shoe mount featuring a Rycote Lyre shockmount. Featuring a suspension structure composed of a rugged thermoplastic, it is far more effective at minimizing unwanted vibrations, handling and cable-borne noise than traditional elastic suspensions. The Rycote Lyre will never sag, snap, wear out or require rethreading to maintain its effectiveness. Also included is the WS9 synthetic furry wind screen with foam inner cell, designed for use in outdoor scenarios where wind and environmental noise can inhibit recordings. greetings earthlings welcome back to podcast itch my name is bandru and this is another microphone review today I'm reviewing this guy the rode videomic me as requested by our viewer Juan Pablo so this is a 3.5 millimeter trrs microphone and on the box and mentions it's designed for Apple devices but on further research I did find that they list it as compatible with Android as well and if you are interested in this microphone it'll set you back about 60 bucks on Amazon and as per usual link in the description so in the box you're obviously going to get the microphone you get a flexible mount you get a windshield some documentation and a one-year warranty as far as the build quality of the mic it is plastic and metal and it feels surprisingly sturdy the windscreen is also really nice it has some decently thick foam as well as all this fur to help disperse any kind of wind that's gonna h
