Description

Rostra has updated their Con-Verse Bluetooth hands-free calling and music streaming systems to now feature 4-channel audio output for base model vehicle sound systems. By customer demand, they are now including a surface-mount control switch in flat black instead of chrome which precludes installers from having to locate a spot on the vehicle's dash, center console, or overhead panel for drilling a 3/4″ hole for mounting. The flat ribbon cable attached to the new control switch can be easily routed between creases in these panels for a speedy installation. And for vehicles where Rostra does not offer a custom interface t-harness, they will soon be launching part number 250-7504-SPLICE which will provide installers with a hard-wire solution to muting the radio and streaming audio from a mobile device to four speakers where such an option has not been available previously. The Rostra team thinks this kit will be a hit with the hot rod crowd and anyone else that might want to add Bluetooth functionality to non-automotive applications.
