You don't need a PC to use the Vista, but you can link up to a PC system with the included cable. Software includes CompanionLink PC synchronization software for one-button data synchronization between the Royal Vista and the following PC-based personal information managers: Vista Link (software included); Microsoft Outlook 97, 98 and 2000; Microsoft Schedule; Lotus Organizer; ACT!; and GoldMine.

Other features include a high-resolution display with adjustable contrast, password protection, expense management software, and schedule and anniversary alarms. The Vista comes with a keyboard, a vinyl case, PC synchronization filters, a PC cable, and batteries.
