[Music] hi I'm Matt Hyde I'm the CEO of West marine I'm here with Steve Childers from xylem and xylem just won an Innovation Award here at the IBEX trade show 2016 for their next-generation rule bilge pump and Steve's going to talk to us a little bit about it now Steve why did you make changes to the bilge pump well we've been selling the same bilge pump for 30 years Matt and after 30 years of listening to our customers feeling their pain understanding their needs we put our engineers to work three years ago and started on a new blueprint for the next-generation bilge pump tell us a little bit about it so what we've done is we've added features here that nobody has seen before including a threaded discharge adapter then that may not mean much to many people but for our boat builders it's great flexibility they can pick their nozzle size they can screw a 3/4 or a one inch or one 1/8 inch
