hey friends so today i'm gonna start a server build i know i'm bouncing around on my projects but i've got a qnap ts-239 pro 2 that's been real faithful for me for 10 years it's time to replace it i'm going to move to open az so i picked up these dell r710s they have l5650 processors which is a pretty decent processor certainly a lot better than a first or second generation atom um their dual dual processors 12 cores total in each box which is 24 threads and they have 24 gigs of ram that is a heck of a server for 120 bucks 40 bucks shipping 160 delivered and it's pretty snappy so the first order of business is they come with 146 gig drives so we're going to swap those out so you know this is dell hardware pretty easy you just pull pull the drives out we're going to go ahead and pull the blanks [Music] looks like we got a blank that's stuck just toss those [Music] all right this one's go
