hi everyone its Darren here from headsets for business today I'm going to show you how to connect the JPL new JPL x500 wireless headset to a phone a desk phone like this that doesn't have a dedicated headset port ie doesn't have anywhere to actually plug a headset into so let's get started okay so we're now going to connect the desk phone to the JPL element x500 wireless headset but to a phone that doesn't have a dedicated headset port IE know where to actually plug a headset into now this does have one but for the purpose of this we're going to show you how to do it if yours phone doesn't have one simply remove the curly cord from the rear of your desk phone and place it into the handset port which is on the back of the base station it's easy to see because it has an recount see on here it actually has the receiver icon so you can't really go wrong okay secondly the only little spare c
