hi in this video I'm gonna show you how to replace the screen on a Dell East 6500 latitude 6500 laptop first things first gotta have some tools first I got a little plastic prying tool sometimes called a spudger it's used for getting the bezel off from around the screen and then I've got two screwdrivers one is a little guy I don't remember what size screws are in here ones are the relatively small one and ones a larger one I also have a couple little bolts here so they can put my remove screws I don't remember if there are any different sizes I don't think there are but we'll see two bowls in case I need to keep some screws separate so first things first close the laptop lid unplug the power obviously take the battery out you do not want it charged while you work on it to see my laptop is not in great shape but that's just because I'm knitting all right so you'll see it around the edge
