hi and welcome back so I've been using this product lately to just film my rides to and from work it is the sure whoa it's kind of a little more or less strap that goes on to your backpack strap that goes right on the shoulder strap so you can attach a GoPro at least that's the connector I have one right now so this is really it right here the GoPro itself actually just pops right in there like so and that's pretty much it so it's been working out pretty well the only kind of gripe I have with it so far is it kind of slides a little bit it could be a little tighter but I guess there's only uh more or less one size fits all I've tried to tighten it up it helps but I use the chest strap to put the the strap together so it holds it a little more straight as it's recording and that action will stop from going down any further so it's been working out pretty well definitely say it's a worthw
