The MLCO Salt inhaler is refillable and comes with enough Himalayan salt for up to 5-6 refills for up to 7 years of use before more salt is needed. Approximately 100 g of salt should be placed in the inhaler and this inhaler comes with Approximately 500g (more than a pound) of the finest Himalayan salt. Use for 20 minutes a day.
