i'll be replacing a screen on a samsung laptop model np300 e5ca07us you'll need a screwdriver and some sort of prying device the first thing you'll want to do is remove the battery this black frame is held in place by two screws located at the bottom left and right to get to the screws you'll have to remove the black plastic circles and with your screwdriver take them out start removing the frame from the top the screen is held in place by six screws you can start removing all of them all right and now you can see the ribbon cord with either with a knife or just your fingers lift up the clear plastic and remove the ribbon cord by pulling it in this case to my left and now you have removed your screen remove the metal frame it's held in place by six screws three on each side and then take your new screen and put the frames back put the frames on now we're going to reattach the ribbon cor
