this is a samsung n p3 v 5b 5c this is the UK edition and but I assume that this laptop is the same all over the world just this different model numbers at the end this laptop here and it's not part on at all so I'm going to take the system board item and maybe check the power jack so first thing first just unclip the battery slide that I'd you have an SD card in it and stop take that out as well okay we're going to start with kicking off these two panels underneath just want to screw on that one surprise that up it just pulls off that aside and one screw on this one as well this panel just slides forward sled forward and lift it away okay now in here we're going to take out the hard drive just push down on it and gently and slide it forward and that you've just lift out and on pop the two memory chips just pull the little clips at either side upwards and unclip the memory and the CM fo
