all right I got a Samsung laptop here it's a model number in P - R five four zero and it's not powering on so let's see I'll show you what it's doing all right let's see what it does so the power light here is coming on and the power of light right there is coming on down here at the bottom you can hear the DVD ROM spinning up because there's something in it and you can hear the CPU fan but that's as far as it goes there's no picture that kind of tells me that's either a motherboard RAM or the processor so let's start turning into and troubleshoot it alright so underneath this panel here is the memory that's what we want to check out first I can call it RAM memory whatever but it'll be the easiest to troubleshoot starting with the memory and before you do anything with removing the panel's or memory you want to take your battery out so let's do that alright now with the battery out let'
