hello this is a review of the Scotch pop-up tape hand dispenser now the dispenser works it can dispense tape cut pre-cut size right out of the middle of dispenser and the idea is is it keeps your hands-free so that I can just leave it on one hand while grabbing it from another hand and so it allows you to where you're wrapping presents or something like that you can it's just keeps it on hand so you don't have to keep juggling a piece of tape dispenser as well but while we talk about this we're gonna also have to talk about compared to the obvious alternatives also from the same brand Scotch the old rolls that we're all used to and a desk cap dispenser such as the Scotch roll on the desktop that we see there so I think this is better than the old rolls but I think that this is not as good as the desktop dispenser so I much prefer to wrap presents using this on the table that I deal with
