hey how's it going this is Ricardo and in this video I'll show you how to remove the LCD screen from a Dell Inspiron 17 version 57 58 if you're looking for parts for this laptop go to our website and use this coupon for a 5% off discount first slide the latch over and remove the battery now remove optical drive screw then unscrew and remove the access door then unscrew and remove bracket now unplug antenna cables and remove wireless card next to unplug hard drive cable then unscrew and remove hard drive then remove screws onto the battery now remove screws under the optical drive next remove bottom base screws then unplug speaker cable now press in the tabs to loosen keyboard then turn it over next to unplug cable and remove keyboard now slide DVD optical drive over and remove it from the laptop next to unscrew palm rest touchpad then unplug optical drive interpose a cable power button
