today I'm going to replace the LCD screen on a Dell Latitude isse Evan T for 40 Ultrabook to get started today you'll need the following tools a guitar pick or a narrow plastic tool to pry the screen bezel a number 0 Phillips screwdriver a small flat-head screwdriver and of course you'll need the replacement screen itself now before I start I'm going to go ahead and take the battery out of the laptop just to make sure it doesn't turn on while we're doing the installation don't you just set that aside next use the prying tool to carefully dislodge the screen bezel also note that the inside edge has a little bit of stickiness so you want to be careful when you're pulling that out and it's easier when you're on the bottom edge to hold the screen all the way back so you gently pry this open and it should come out without too much resistance once the screen bezel is off there are four screws
