hey guys JC Smith here today we're working on a 2011 Ford Super Duty this truck has a fairly common problem our problem that's common amongst these trucks what it is is the heat controls you can turn this thing on AC and it gives you very cold air the problem is there's just not enough volume and it doesn't matter where you set your setting whether it's defrost whether it's vent whether it's floor it doesn't matter the volume just isn't there and what I've found over you know the last few years whatever it's been a common problem that I've noticed is in the work trucks especially is the way the heater box is set up it takes air from inside the cab when you're using the recirculation mode well where that intake is is on top and it's right behind the glovebox so when you want to use recirculation it sucks air in from the cab when you want to use fresh air there's a door that moves and bri
