yeah welcome back to the channel I wanted to do a video today on battery terminals I wanted to show these because I have used every kind of battery terminal you can imagine working on cars over the years the most traditional ones you see are these types that are a universal type typically sold by your big-box stores I think I picked these up at Advance Auto Parts but let me show you the problem with these and a lot of the times what you'll see is when one of these is cinched down on to either a positive or negative terminal depending on if it's the positive or negative did you know that the negative is actually smaller than the positive this is tightened down in a way where it creates a clamp like a pinch and a lot of times you'll see this one's pretty chewed up but a lot of times you'll see that they break right around in this sector because they've bent beyond the point of compression
