[Music] hi it's tony with mtac and i just like to show you how to make a master key and we do this so that we are able to get into the room no matter if the programming is scrambled on the lock and um so it's very easy to do today i'm going to use this wristband that i have i just place it on the encoder we go up to members but before that we just want to make sure to log in as zero one so they have admin access once we do that then we go to members on the left hand side you'll see all emergency cards and i made a group here called master and we just select one of the member names so for instance zero one double click on that we have the emergency card window that comes up and we can do a number of things here one of them is we can put a date limit on it and also whether this can open a double lock which is a deadbolt and also passage mode and what passage mode means is the door is unlo
