what's up guys Lew here and today we're gonna be taking a closer look at the Fitbit flex activity tracker so if you're new to the world of activity tracking you might not have ever heard a Fitbit before but they're actually one of the originators in the space and they've been making tracking modules for a while but this one here is the first one you can actually wear on your wrist and that's what made it especially compelling for me because I knew I would forget to put them in my pocket if I if I had to be required to do so this one I can leave on my wrist to never really even think about it and actually not even recharge it that often this thing is supposed to give you up to five days of activity tracking now I know a lot of you right now are asking the question what the hell is this and why do I need one well if you're like me and you work on a computer all day and then you can actual
