what's up guys this is a tour of the sharp vc489c vcr from 1984. uh this is a extremely high-end vcr that i was told cost uh seventeen hundred dollars in eighty-four um it's so it's a hi-fi capable which is just at the very beginning of when vhs vcrs had that capability also include includes a whole bunch of editing features as you'll see and just kind of little visual knickknacks and um yeah so let's get into it so this is the um this is the door and as you see here it's got a little window right and uh i'm not really sure what that's for hey well what happens is if you stick a tape in here now that lights up what's interesting about this one is there's actually no uh play controls on here if you use the remote you can do that but otherwise there's a little flap here and then you can access the transport controls here so sharp calls this the dancing light display in the manual but it d
