what's up guys Alan Brock here and today we're going to be talking about one of the least critical parts of gear in your large-format setup and that's actually the camera itself when you get right down to it the camera really only has two jobs to hold things and to stay light tight holds the lens in the front film in the back and then as long as those seals and your bellows are light tight you're good to go but I'm gonna do a little bit of review over the camera I have it's a shin Hal h ZX to aid you can still buy these new places like badger graphic comm or the view camera store comm for around 850 to 950 so not too expensive it's actually on the lower end of things as far as cameras go I bought mine used on ebay I paid $1,000 for it came with a camera and lens and a lens board so really not too expensive relatively cheap way to get into large format but you'll see some of the features
