hey guys this is Jack with Seaboard marine and today I'm gonna be showing you how to remove an SM X impeller with our SMX impeller polar so I've already taken the liberty of removing the bolts or loosening the bolts from the backing plate this is the 13 millimeter bolt and it's the same procedure when it's on the boat or on the bench just so be a little bit harder when it's on the boat so once you get the backing plate off you take our impeller puller and you insert it here into this key and you want to lock it into position there we go you want to take a 14 millimeter socket wrench breaker bar whatever you need and you just crank it out it's pretty straightforward it is a little bit different than the Sherwood's style which is just threaded with a bolt and ours here is a little bit greasy so it's coming out with ease you might have a little bit of a harder time doing it but just like t
