Power Package is an agreement from us that if within 18 months of purchase if the battery(s) on the unit are deemed non-chargeable or defective we send out a new set with the return of the old set. This is a $500 value and goes 1 yr beyond most normal manufacturer warranties. The Echo is exceptionally lightweight unit without batteries only 55 lbs and fun to drive. The Echo scooter allows you to move through small spaces with ease and stability, it is great for shopping malls, boardwalk & cruises. The light weight Echo fits easily in most car trunks and assembles easily in seconds without tools.
