greetings earthlings today I'm back with a review of a supercardioid alternative to the classic shure sm57 so today we are reviewing this guy be shure beta 57 a which as I mentioned is a super cardioid version of the SM 57 if you do want to pick this guy up it will set you back around 140 dollars like always I'll throw some links down below for this review I have the microphone connected directly to the 2i2 2nd gen with the input gain set just about 3 o'clock I will not do any kind of post-processing but I may boost it in post so check the doobly-doo to see what I did now let's talk about what comes in the box made it into the hallway very cool first off you'll get a storage back which doesn't have much padding you'll get the microphone a microphone clip a 5/8 to 3/8 inch microphone stand adapter a velcro cable tie a microphone alignment guide a bunch of documentation and a sticker boom
