I've used quite a few of these little gear motors they're 12-volt DC they're all the same size you just have a different gear combination in here and they're fairly powerful and I drive them from one of these wall transformers or power adapters these take line voltage down to 12-volt DC and usually I just cut the end off of this and solder it to the motor I found these that come with these little plug-in adapters and now I can run a wire from here to the motor and it makes it very convenient to disconnect this wall unit get it out of the way they also have a male and a female version I sometimes drive more than one wall display from a single power supply that makes it difficult to take them down from the wall if they're all hardwired together so now I'm going to put these between units and they can plug into each other or plug into the power supply and that'll make maintaining some of t
