The Skar Audio EVL Series of subwoofers redefines the definition of low-end sound reproduction. Rated conservatively at 1, 250 watts RMS and 2, 500 watts Max power Each, the EVL-15 features high flux double stack ferrite motor, which, when combined with the 3-inch, high temperature, 4-layer, black aluminum CCA voice coil - allow for extreme power handling for extended time. Suspension design of this subwoofer features the EVL's signature red, single damper, two layer spider - which connects to the coil former with premium stitched lead wires. all of these components are what drive the competition grade paper cone of the woofer; which in conjunction with the high-roll foam surround it is stitched to, allow it to produce riveting low end bass response. Next up we combine the EVL-15 dual 4 ohm woofers with our Skar Audio rp-200.1D class D Mono block amplifier, which is an absolute match made in heaven. The rp-200.1D puts out 2, 000 watts RMS power with ease at a 1-ohm load, which is why we included two dual 4 ohm voice coil woofers in this package - so that together they can be wired to a 1-ohm final load at the amplifier. Last but not least, we included a premium Skar Audio 1/0 gauge CCA amplifier wiring kit To make installing the amplifier hassle free.
