I'm Tom from do-it-yourself home automation and this is a look at fixing the band on the Fitbit ionic so this is the Fitbit ionic SmartWatch and it does have replaceable bands so these plastic bands over time can start to break down and you can see mine is actually snapped off and a little piece that was holding it in place is totally gone from here so this would no longer work luckily Fitbit actually ships these with two different bands in the box large and small and often you can use both you just have to adjust them differently you also might choose to purchase a band that's color customized or is of a different material and that kind of thing and its really simple to pop in a new band on this to repair that damage or to swap the bands out now all you have to do is there's this little button down here and you just press that in your nail and pop the band out you can see it very easil
