hi guys welcome back to my channel I hope you've had a great week this is my last Halloween tutorial of 2016 so first I'm taking my liquid latex and I bring this in the cap and this is going to be easy access for me and I'm just using a old Beauty Blender sponge which is not a pointer thing which is easy to use and I bring the liquid latex all over the top of my head where I want the exposed bones to be and I also put it on my index finger as well so now I cover those areas with some tissue paper and then I cover at the top of that with a layer of liquid latex and you can also have that all finger bones peeping through but I decided to just have one and now I'm just getting the blow-dryer and I'm putting that on but for a few minutes to make it dry and when it turns a slightly yellow color that means that it's dry so now you want to take a foundation that matches that color of your body
