guys as I said I'm super excited about this one getting this from spoke host Steve Groot both the National Sales and Marketing Manager for smoke house thank you for being such a gracious gentleman sending this out to us for our product review really excited with this guys this thing comes with a ton of different great things it comes with the smoke chips with alder has the product catalog showing all the different products they got a ton you got to check them out and then even a recipe as well as an operating instruction manual this one in here it's a nice small sized unit I like it because it's not massive to store it's a top load you pull the rack so to check the meat really excited about so we're gonna give it a go this weekend and in the interim again thank you so much smoke toast alright guys so we've done two pens of the alder wood chips doing the third pen now and it should start
