hey youtube Jackson savvy here today we got a video tutorial for Windows 10 and how to fix the sound quality for Bluetooth headphones recently I connected my Sony's my SBH 20s as you'll see here through bluetooth on Windows 10 no problems pairing however when I started to listen some music over a google play the sound quality was horrible and I went through every fix that I could find including you know going into your playback devices and going through all the properties of those nothing actually helped it the fix I did find was coming down to your Start menu or to your Start button or your search bar is and type in devices if you don't put a three there and you'll see Devices and Printers go ahead and click on that I'll already get mine open here now the main thing to look for is on your device when you paired it whatever name popped up on Windows 10 is the name that will be here my c
