I do have a number of batteries that I use and the charging up when using the a x53 camcorder by Sony to charge the battery with this camcorder you need the power adapter that simply plugs into the camera to charge the battery but it means you can't use the camera whilst batteries are charging so I did a bit of research on the Amazon website and I did find an LCD Joule battery charger this will charge up the NP - F a 100 batteries I do have and used these batteries with the Sony camera they are third-party ones but they do work quite well so ordered one of those charges - give it a try and see how it worked I will leave a link in the description below for this charger the charger will work both from the mains and also the DC from the car here in Ireland we use the UK style of plug on our mains leads yours may be different for your country there's also a DC cable which plugs into the cig
