The Sony HDR-CX405 HD Handycam features an Exmor R CMOS sensor and a wide-angle Carl Zeiss zoom lens with 30x optical zoom. The CX-405 captures Full HD 1920x1080 video at 60p and 9.2MP still images to optional Memory Stick Micro and Micro SD/SDHC/SDXC media cards. The Exmor R CMOS sensor is designed for increased sensitivity in low light situations and the Optical SteadyShot image stabilization with Intelligent Active Mode delivers smooth video. Users can monitor and playback footage via the 2.7" LCD display with 230K dot resolution. The camera records using XAVC S codec at up to 50 Mb/s and features dual recording, which lets you simultaneously capture both high-quality AVCHD and web-optimized MP4 files. The Intelligent Auto mode analyzes your shot and automatically selects the appropriate settings from ten distinct scene modes, with 60 different possible combinations. A built-in USB 2.0 cable provides a connection to your computer for charging or file transfer and fits conveniently into the hand strap, so it's out of the way until you need it. The camera accepts a rechargeable X type battery pack for power.

[Music] what's up guys XM 360 here and in today's video i'm gonna be reviewing the sony handycam HD r CX 405 so this is the camera that i actually personally use for all of my product reviews and my laser videos I've had it for about two years now so I figured it was time to do a product review on it and share my opinion with you guys this one retails for 190 on Amazon and then if you pay anywhere between like twenty to fifty extra dollars you can get one of the they have like bundles on Amazon where you can get like a tripod a carrying case and like every accessory you'll ever need and if you spend a little extra money you can get one of those bundles too I'll have all the links down below in the description so the camera itself shoots at 1920 by 1080 at 60 P and it takes still shocks at 9.2 megapixels and on the bottom here this is where the battery goes it takes one very small batter
