The center channel speaker uses a ferro fluid-cooled tweeter design that transforms voice coil heat to magnetic circuits for better high power reproduction. The dome style tweeter is constructed of a special Nano composite that produces a tighter, smoother surface that decreases resistance and therefore creates less heat than traditional pulp compound tweeters. With broad frequency band and a wide operating temperature range, Nano composite is clearly superior, providing virtually flat response all the way up to 50kHz for high resolution audio. The Sony SS-CR3000 is designed with the home theater in mind, which means it needs to play nicely with the other components of your system.
