Sony STR-DN1010 7.1-Channel A/V Receiver (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

[Chris] Hi I’m Chris from OneCall, and I’ll be talking about the Sony STR-DN1010 receiver. It’s one of the newer receivers from Sony this year, it’s a 7.1-channel home theater receiver so you can connect 7 speakers, it has 100-watts per channel. In addition it has 4 HDMI inputs on the back so you can plug in 4 devices, it has the 3D pass-through as well, if you have a 3D blu-ray player and a 3D television set the receiver has to be able to handle a 3D signal and pass it through to the TV and this one can do that. It also has the audio return channel feature or ARC and if you have some audio at the TV and you need to get that sound down to the receiver you don’t have to run addition audio connections you can use that same monitor out HDMI cable that’s already connected.
