Soundbar 500 + Universal Remote Control

Whether you’re setting up your Bose Soundbar Universal Remote for the first time, or if you’re experiencing a connectivity issue, this video will help you get your remote control paired with your soundbar system. First, make sure you’ve downloaded the Bose Music app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. If you haven’t done so already, add your soundbar and make sure it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device. If your soundbar cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network, use an ethernet cable to connect the soundbar to your router directly so that it can be found by the Bose Music app. From the “My Bose” screen select your soundbar, and then tap the settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
