[Music] before you can turn on your points plus calculator you'll need to pull the plastic battery tab and then press the power button to calculate your daily points plus target you need to tell your calculator about yourself to get started enter your personal information into the calculator press the setup button with the wrench use the number keys to enter your age gender height and current weight pressing enter after each answer for instance I am 46 years old female 5 feet 5 inches and 150 pounds next tell your calculator if you want to lose or maintain weight press ENTER to confirm that you want to lose or press the down arrow if you want to maintain your weight then press enter if you are maintaining you need to enter the number of additional points plus values allowed each day you will want to talk to your leader or refer to your program materials to get that information your calc
