if DSL is available on the phone line add a DSL filter to the system the easy jack to system will not transmit the DSL signal but will allow you to use your phone over the power lines simply plug the DSL filter into the wall phone jack near the base unit attach one end of a phone cord to the DSL filter and the other end into the jack on the base unit labeled line do not plug the filter directly into the base unit and do not use a filter at any of the extension units if you have any questions please call fonox at one eight hundred four three seven zero one zero one option two
