hey guys if you're wondering where that thing is here it's a neat little device that allows you to remove you know those locks that your cable company will pull it put into your splitter or your modem for your internet and phone and so on now this neat little thing will allow you to remove them without too much difficulty you know just for kicks here I got my splitter and so basically all you do is you take the smaller piece there you insert it into the lock at some point it'll fit in snugly and so you simply unscrew now of course this is tightly put in so you simply turn it snapped out so you simply turn it and there you go wires off this lock is actually a little bit loose which is why it came off with it the one on the top there is really snugly screwed in so it's not going to come out if I unscrew it and then you can simply just screw it back in
