Strapping Tape - 2 in. x 60 yd. (1 ea.)

We are just going to do a strapping now for the AC Joint. There's lots and lots of different kinds of strapping that you can do but all I'm going to do is I'm going to do one where we put tape over the top, a fixer around here and then some tapes are going to go up and join against it. What we need to do, first of all this is the hyper fix tape which just makes the tape a bit more sticky. Ok so we're just putting that over the the AC joint effectively is there so I want to compressed down on the clavicle and push down onto the clavicle and give the support on this side of it. I'm also going to put another piece around the arm like so. Like that, so they're your two kind of anchors in a kind of way. Now what what AC joints don't like is if you're tugging or pulling down on the arm. OK. so what I'm going to do is use some zinc oxide tape just over the top of it like so, I'm go
