[Music] everybody Michael here from Museo so we've talked a lot of you online customer support over the phone and something you struggle with math so today we are gonna walk you through some math we're going to talk about Matt sizing how to properly calculate Matt sizes starting from the print size up and then also if you already have a frame going from the frame size down let's get nerdy okay so we're we're gonna start is very basic so we're gonna start with an 8 by 10 map that is cut for a 5 by 7 print so the biggest misconception that we have with people that we talk to is they will only do part of the formula in terms of determining the print in Matt size so they'll take the 5 inch side of their print and I take the 8 inch side of the mat so they'll go 8 minus 5 and that gives you 3 and they will assume that that means that they have a 3 inch border around the entire print but if yo
