Sunlite Nylon Double Cable Guide, BB Mount

hello everyone in this video i want to show you guys how i am going to replace the bottom bracket uh shifter cable guide this one is actually broken in half it's being split and uh when i noticed my front shifter was mis-shifting and i was wondering why i used my barrel adjuster to adjust the shifting but i didn't realize until i flipped the bike over to see the reason it was misaligned is because the shifter cable just you know splitted uh this cable guide in half so with that being said to replace this cable guide you have to remove very carefully remove both of your front and rear shifter cables now hopefully your shifter cable is still in very good condition so you can carefully remove the the cable nuts at the tip of it and then let's try to find some tools and then carefully remove the cable um back out all the way out of the cable guide and then put the new guide in so over here
