[Music] thus your computer refused to charge via USB C well then this is tutorial for you basically if you go to your computer and you plug it in with USB C you should see some LED lights lighting up there or here however this is not the case for this computer even though I plug it unplug it it will not charge doesn't matter so what can we do about it well we need to reset the battery so usually how you reset the battery is you take your on/off key you push it down and you hold it you hold it push down for about 15 to 20 seconds there then you release it you can see this light LED lighting up there which means it is resetting it's a little bit different on different models and now if you look I don't know you probably can't see it but there is a smaller light lighting up there and there it's actually charging now so now we can start the computer and I will show you that it is actually c
