what's up guys jeff Rizzo here with a full review of the Sun toh ambit 3 GPS watch and actually because Santa makes three different models the run the sport which I have and the peak and for the most part the software and the design of these three watches is the exact same and any differences are easily explainable this is for all intents and purposes a review of all three devices hence the title of this video now the run is three hundred dollars and as you can guess based on its name it is designed almost exclusively for running however it will provide very basic information for cycling like your GPS location your distance and your speed and for swimming your heart rate underwater by the way I don't want to undersell that point I believe there's only a few other devices including the sport in the peak that monitor and relay your heart rate underwater it's actually a pretty rare feature
