hello welcome to best reviews at YouTube this item has a rating of 2.6 out of 5 stars a customer road I bought this mp3 player as a gift for my mom and she loves it she's not tech savvy and I thought it was a little complicated for her but it turned out to be pretty simple to use dot transferring music is pretty simple it's like a USB where you drag your music over there's a lot of features on it like games and watching videos and photos that you would put on there yourself but for my mom I just put music problem we had was that you have to plug it into the computer to use but turns out i had the adapter where you can use the cord and plug the USB side into it and it will charge from the wall which is a lot easier for my mom so if you buy this and you don't want to plug it into you computer all the time to charge invest in one of those adapters dot overall good product and if i didn't h
