hey this is taking apart a Sony Vaio app series so you want to make sure that it's off unplug now take the battery out and there are quite a few screws to take out if you want to take out the entire back cover then you want to take all the screws out if not you just want to get access to the LCD screen and the media cover this is the media cover here the keyboard and then the display off then there's less screws you got a criminal first of all so taking up the media cover and the LCD you want to remove these screws you're going to need a small Phillips and you can take out this room here here here here here here and two more here here this six hold the media cover on these two are for the hinges and these two are for the keyboard okay those are all the screws removed tape it around open the lid from this corner here you want to lift up the media cover try not to use any metal shop thing
