well howdy everyone today I've got a review of the very popular Tam on 70 to 300 millimeter f4 to 5.6 VC USD lens I'm quite excited to have a copy of this lens because I was thinking of getting one when it first came out a few years ago as it quickly earned a good reputation the lands also marks a bit of a strategic turning point for Taman much like Sigma they decided to start going a bit more upmarket so this lens is built far more nicely than a cheaper older lenses and it stands first lens to have an ultrasonic autofocus motor which they've named ultrasonic silent Drive I'm testing this lens on my Canon 60d but the lens is actually compatible with canons expensive full-frame and 35 millimeter film cameras which explains why it's so big and heavy with the hood attached and fully zoomed in to 300 millimeter the lens is huge but I really like this style of its design it's very sturdy and
